Recovery paths and enhancement of an archaeological area neapolitana

The Neapolitan Archaeological Group (GAN) and FederSordi are engaged in business for years to enhance the archaeological and monumental heritage of Campania, the promotion of tourism and social disadvantages for the killing of the disabled. In this perspective, we have designed the project "DomusAccessibile: paths of recovery and enhancement of an archaeological area neapolitana.", In collaboration with the Istituto Banco di Napoli Foundation, funded with call for ideas "Compensation for the 2009 social planning" of the Centre for Voluntary Service (CSVNapoli)..

The objectives of the project are basically three:

• open to the public of a domus in via Tribunali, located in the heart of the historic Roman-greek capacity, under the building a rich, home of the Historical Archive of the Bank of Naples, also visual and auditory disabilities, thanks to sensors audible and visual indicators
• realization of guided tours and lectures for the deaf, thanks to the presence of operators and interpreters provided by FederSordi, and for the blind, including the development of tactile media for the visit;
• Provision of workshops for schools of various types and levels and groups, including disabled, to foster knowledge of the archaeological heritage and to familiarize the size of archeology through play and direct experience of what was learned.
